Return and Exchange Policy
We strive for your satisfaction with every piece you acquire. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Exceptions may apply for custom-made pieces, so please inquire in advance regarding those specific purchases.
